Piedaho: Delicious handmade pies

Started by Founder Rebecca Bloom, Piedaho Bakery is located in Hailey, Idaho, near Sun Valley and will ship the pies, pre-baked and flash-frozen in a vacuum-sealed pouch, anywhere in the U.S. The bakery uses the best local fruit from farms such as Kelley’s Canyon Orchard, Peters Family Farms, Waterwheel Gardens and Tubbs Berry Fram and ingredients from companies such as Bob’s Red Mill and Wheat Montana to make sure the pies are as great tasting as they look. And, speaking of looks, they are beautiful. The crust on top of each pie is a work of art with pie crust braids, flowers and leafs adorning the pie.
    Among the current seasonal choices are Chai apple pie, blueberry pie with pecan streusel, cherry honey pie, salad caramel apple, pineapple coconut streusel, whiskey apple pie and blackberry pie with a fresh thyme crust. You can buy an individual pie, but once you try them, you’ll be tempted to join the Pie Club where you can select seasonal pies created just for club members and available for two, four of 12 months.
