Yakitori Jinbei, a casual restaurant in Smyrna, GA., outside Atlanta, is now offering an at-home Omakase experience featuring high-quality sushi, sashimi and nigiri to go. Omakase means “I’ll leave it up to you” in Japanese.
Chef and Owner Dr. Jae Choi, along with Joseph Kwon and Shuma Kuwamoto, created this new option that includes chef’s choice of sushi roll, six pieces of nigiri and sashimi sampler that is served in a take-home Bento-style box. Dr. Choi left his optometry practice to purse a career in the restaurant business and it has been featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and has been named “Best Ramen in Atlanta” by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
